Duplicate

Ctrl + D

Select a piece or group, then press Ctrl + D to make a copy. Move the copy into position.

Rotate

R

Select a piece, then press R to rotate it. R also rotates a piece while you are dragging it. Use Brick Options for precise rotation angles.

Move and snap

Shift + drag

Hold Shift and drag a piece toward a compatible connection. Release when the preview is in place. Hold Alt to bypass snapping or detach.

Move in steps

Arrow keys

Select a piece and use the arrow keys to move across the build grid.

Move up and down

Page Up Page Down

Select a piece or group. Press Page Up (PgUp) to move it up, or Page Down (PgDn) to move it down.

Delete

Delete

Select the pieces you want to remove, then press Delete. Ctrl + Z brings them back.

Undo and redo

Ctrl + Z / Ctrl + Y

Ctrl + Z undoes your last edit. Ctrl + Y reapplies it.

Keep assemblies together

Group related pieces to move and rotate an assembly together. Lock completed groups to protect them while you work nearby.
