Choose a connection

Studs and sockets

Attach bricks and plates at compatible stud and underside socket positions.

Pins, pin holes and axles

Align Technic parts using the matching connector type and direction.

Clips and bars

Attach a clip along a bar or insert a compatible bar into a hole.

Hinges and articulated joints

Connect the joint, then use its adjustment controls to position the assembly.

Adjust a snap point

1. Open the part in the Snap Point Editor.
2. Select an existing connection, or use Add connection to choose a type.
3. Adjust its position and direction while checking the reference piece.
4. Save the correction and try the connection in your build.

Connection coverage is expanding during beta testing. A missing or misplaced snap point may need correction.
